The Laura Apartment is an original apartment located on a second floor in a building of the year 1936 without lift. The original wooden ceilings and big windows combined with the walls´ colors and matching decoration details bring to mind the carribean motives.
The apartment has 3 rooms. One of them is a double room of 21m2 with a double bed and original hand made armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and writing desk. Decorated in bright and nicely combined colors it was made to impress. This room also has a balcony.
The second room, of 22m2, has three individual beds. This room has a large closet, dressing bar and the mirrors aboce it making it were convenient for dressing up.This cheerful triple yellow-green room is great for children who many times want to shere the bedroom.
The third room is the smallest and good for those prefering privacy.One of the walls was left in a original rustic style.The room has one individual bed,bedside table and a closet. It is very cozy and sunny and has a little balcony.
The living room is a large space where a 7th and 8th guest could sleep as two sofas can be converted in beds. There you can enjoy watching a modern flat screen TV or listening to the music. Decorated with the works of the contemporary painters and also has an access to a balcony.
There are two complete bathrooms with showers,toilets and washing basins.They are constrasted by their different styles-one is bright green and the other one of a blue color.
The kitchen is completely equipped and has a big original hand made dining table for 6 persons.
