There is a parking garage on walking distance on C/Vila i Vila, so it is possible to come with your own car. In Barcelona you would not need a car, because everything is close to this apartment. The famous street Las Ramblas and the Barrio Gótico area is 5 min walking. Plaça Catalunya (where the Autobús del aeropuerto leaves) is 15 min walking. The greatest shopping streat in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia is 10 min with the metro. You can also find La Pedrera de Gaudí there. Feria de Muestras (Fira de Barcelona), Palacio de Congresos and the wonderful mountain the Montjuïc are 5 min with the metro ore 20 min walking.
The view over Barcelona from the Montjuïc is really amazing and we recommend to visit this mountain at least one time. Also the famous church, La Sagrada Familia is close, about 15 min with the metro.
The Montjuich apartment is located in the Poble Sec area, just 50m from the Avinguda del Parallel. Las Ramblas, the Gothic area, the statue of Columbus and the harbor of Barcelona, is just 5 min walking. Two metro stations (L3 + L2) are very close to the apartment (5 min. walking).
Plaza Espanya and the Fira de Barcelona is just 20min walking ore 5 min by metro. A lot of other Barcelona sightseeing’s can be visited by feet in less than 30 minutes. The nice beaches of Barcelona, the cozy El Borne area or the Picasso Museum are all on 30 min by foot. The Picasso museum is very interesting and fun to visit during your stay in Barcelona.
The Montjuich apartment is close to all the best places in Barcelona, but is still in a quit and green area. A restful stay in Barcelona is guaranteed!
