Following the master modernists, such as Gaudi, Eixample was set up meant to be an example of the new Barcelona: streets spread out widely built in blocks. From here you are close to the main tourist attractions, combined with good transport by Barcelona public transportation. This vacation rental apartment in Barcelona is located in the third floor of a mid- seventies building with elevator. 

This Barcelona vacation apartment has 105 m2 divided in three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and a small terrace.

There are two master bedrooms in this Barcelona apartment, both equipped with queen size beds, night tables and reading lights, together with a closet to place all your belongings or your Barcelona shoopings.  The third bedroom has a bunkbed, side table, reading light and a wardrobe. All rooms are spacious and with calm colors, making your stay in this Barcelona apartment for groups comfortable.

Bathroom is small, but complete. It has a full bathtub, a toilet, hair dryer and sink.
The furniture of the kitchen of this Barcelona vacation apartment for groups is quite complete, in blue color. This kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare appetizing meals, although we suggest you to go out for dinner in Barcelona. In this area, there are several fusion and Mediterranean food restaurants at good prices.

Living rooms of our Barcelona apartments for groups are normally the biggest space of the house. In the case of the Royal Maison also. The living room is decorated with modern taste; walls painted in warm color are perfect match with the couch that chairs the whole area. Next to the window side we find the table, equipped with four chairs. There’s also a TV closet with TV, and some vivid green furniture, together with a coffee table. 

From this Barcelona apartment for groups you are a few streets from to Paseo de Gracia, beautiful avenue with spectacular modernist buildings and some well known brands, and once you crossed Gran Via, you enter in the old town area of Barcelona city. You can visit some art museums, or simple walk through all this pedestrian area, in between of all small streets built centuries ago, having various drinks and enjoying the occasional tapas.
