The Sol B3 Apartment is a fantastic luxury 3 bedroom apartment located within a stones throw from the Pedrera.
The Sol B3 Apartment is one of nine apartments in the same block. There are 4 of the same type in the block which are 3 bedrooms, each apartment can sleep up to 6 in total. Also in the same building there are 5, 1 bedroom apartments which can sleep up to 4 in total.
In the 3 bedroom apartments there are 2 bathrooms. All the apartments are in good condition and are fitted with air con and brand new kitchens. The large windows allow lots of natural light into the lounge are. There is also wireless internet in the whole building.
The nearest metro is just 5 minutes walk. This will take you off to the centre of the city such as Placa de Catalunya. On your door step you have the area of Gracia. This area contains more restaurants than the rest of Barcelona.
Please note that before heading to your apartment on your arrival day, you will need to come to our office in Ronda Universidad, number 20, 3rd floor - 3rd door (ring bell 3-3) in order to do the payment and collect the keys. Ronda Universidad is located off Plaza de Cataluña. To get to our office from the airport you may use the shuttle bus and get off at the last stop.
The other apartments that are located in the same building are the apartments Sol A1, Sol A2, Sol A3, Sol A4, Sol B1, Sol B2, Sol B4 and the Sol D Apartment. When you are coming to Barcelona with a big group it´s possible to rent more than one apartment in this buidling.
