Train and bus There are no railways in Andorra but the nearest railway station to Andorra is the French L´hospitalet which is two hours of Toulouse by train. Everyday there are buses making a trip to Andorra la Vella which is the capital of Andorra.
Also there is a train that runs from Barcelona to La Tour de Carol which is on the French – Spanish border. From there you can take a bus to Andorra.
During the ski-season there is a free shuttle bus that runs between Canilo and Bordes d´Envalira along the CG1 road.
Roads Andorra has many roads with a total length of 269 km, 198 km is paved and 71 km is unpaved. The main road CG2 goes to France trough the Envalira pass which is 2,409m high and has also a tunnel. The CG1 road leads you to the Spanish boarder where you can go through the highest pass in the Pyrenees which is 2410m high or you can go through the tunnel.
Airlines The airport at Seo de Urgel is 20 kilometers away from the capital Andorra la Vella which is not an international airport. The closest international airports are in Spain at Lleida which is only 160 kilometers away from Andorra, the airport of Barcelona which is 215 kilometers from Andorra. And the French airport in Toulouse that is 165 kilometers from Andorra. Every day there is a bus that rides from the airports Barcelona and Toulouse to Andorra.
