The Jan Thiel H family villa on Curacao with swimming pool is located in the best and quietest neighborhoods of Curacao, the old part of Jan Thiel, near the Spanish Water. The property is completely fenced and provided with an alarm system. There is a living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor terraces, topical garden and private swimming pool. Separately is a guesthouse built suitable for 2 persons with 2 single beds, a bathroom and air conditioning. Maximum capacity is 8 persons. For small children there is a cot and highchair available.
The villa is surrounded with a tropical garden and outside are multiple locations to sit down and relax in the shade. The back porch near the swimming pool has a cozy sitting area. There is also a large dining table with chairs available to enjoy a nice dinner or barbecue. This porch can be fenced so you can let small childeren play here without worrying about the pool. An other great location to sit down outside the Jan Thiel H family villa on Curacao with swimming pool is at the large palapa with comfortable lounge-sit.
The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area including flatscreen television (with several Dutch and American film channels), DVD-player and a prepaid connection for internet. The open kitchen comes with modern appliances, such as American fridge, stove, gas-oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. A nice touch is that you can overlook the terrace and swimming pool from the kitchen through a hatch.
In the villa you find 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds (hotel quality), wardrobes and air conditioning. The modern bathrooms have a shower (hot/cold water), washing area with mirror, hairdryer and a toilet.
