How can I search and book my holiday apartment on Enjoy-Apartments?
Enjoy Apartments have put together a Reservation Procedure which explains in details on how to find and book an apartment with us.

Can you recommend me an apartment?
In case you are not sure about which apartment to choose, or might you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you either via the e-mail, by phone or through Skype (username = enjoyholidays). For further details about how to contact us please go to our Contact Us page.
When do I get further details and instructions on how to proceed after making my Enjoy Apartments apartment reservation?
Once you made a reservation a provisional confirmation page will be shown. Normally, within 24 hours we will send you a definite, binding booking confirmation.
Please take notice that we can only confirm a reservation if all information provided during the reservation process is correct. Furthermore, we try to confirm reservations made over the weekend as fast as possible, but you might have to wait until Monday to receive an answer. The definite booking confirmation e-mail will include the information given in the provisional confirmation and moreover, it will provide you with the address of the apartment and will give you an explanation on how to get there. You will also find the name and telephone number of your key-holder who will welcome you at the apartment on the agreed time of arrival.
More information on what to do to arrange a time to meet your key-holder will be explained in the confirmation e-mail. Any other relevant information will also be provided in your definite confirmation e-mail. Please make sure to print this e-mail as it will also contain a copy of the contract you need to sign on arrival.
- You make a reservation request through our website.
- Apart from the reservation request information as displayed on screen, a provisional e-mail containing the data of your request will be sent.
- After having received the reservation down payment, the reservation will be confirmed by us through e-mailing you the Confirmed Booking.
The Confirmed Booking e-mail includes:
- Instructions on how to get to the apartment as well as the address
- Outstanding balance due upon arrival

Who is the contact person (key-holder)?
Your contactperson during your stay in Barcelona, Curaçao, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro, Andorra or Rotterdam is the key-holder that is stated in the Confirmed booking e-mail. This can be either the owner him/herself, a representative of the owner, a collaborating party or an Enjoy Apartments team member.
When do I get the keys to the apartment, and when should I give them back?
You get the keys on arrival at the apartment in Barcelona, Curaçao, Andorra, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro or Rotterdam. After handing over the Outstanding Balance due and after inspecting the apartment with the key-holder, you will receive the corresponding set(s) of key of the apartment you rented. You will be asked to give back the key before 11 a.m. on the day of checking out of the apartment.
Is there anything in particular I should bring along?
No, only your luggage and personal belongings will do. All of our apartments are furnished and equipped like stated on our website. Upon arrival in Barcelona, Curaçao, Andorra, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro or Rotterdam, our apartments will be ready for you and thus you can expect fresh bed linen and sufficient towels on every arrival. Take into account that the apartments are provided with normal towels, so there are no beachtowels in the apartments.
Is the apartment going to be cleaned during my stay in Barcelona, Curaçao, Andorra, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro or Rotterdam
On your arrival to Barcelona, Curaçao, Andorra, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro or Rotterdam you should enter into a clean and tidy apartment, with fresh towels and bed linen. Might this not be the case than you should contact us immediately and we will try to do our utmost to provide you with an quick solution. The apartment will not be cleaned during your stay. If you send us a personal request for cleaning the apartment during your stay we will be glad to arrange this for you at a reasonable extra cost.
Please take note that for most apartments a onetime cleaning fee is required. This will be started clearly on the price information shown before you make your reservation.
ABOUT THE PRICES
Do the prices include tax, and are there any other extra costs?
The prices include local taxes for the amount of the reservation down payment (what you pay to Enjoy Apartments). Of this, you will get an invoice from us. In case you require an invoice for the full amount, the local taxes will be added to the overall invoice by the owner.
If an invoice is required for the total amount of a reservation, please contact us before making the booking. In those cases, the Spanish V.A.T. (16%) will be added to the total sum of the full amount of the booking.
What are the advantages of booking through Enjoy Apartments?
When making use of our booking service you ensure yourself to have a professionally managed apartment, a well-established company intermediating your interests and best of all : since we have direct contact and work on commission basis with the owners YOU DON'T pay more for your booking!
Is there a booking fee, and if so how much is it?
NO ,booking an apartment with Enjoy Apartments is absolutely for free and therefore NO EXTRA COSTS will thus be added to the final rentalprice we present to you in our online booking system.
Do I have to make a Reservation Down-payment in order to assure my booking can be confirmed?
Yes, we require a Reservation Down-payment of around 20-30% of the total rent price of your stay in one of the Enjoy Apartments apartments. This fee is to be payed via a bank transfer or by credit card into our account.
On prove of payment (send us a fax with the copy of the transfer receipt) we will confirm your reservation by sending you the Booking Confirmation e-mail.
When and where do I pay the rest of the sum of the apartment booking?
Upon arrival to your booked Enjoy Apartments apartment, the Outstanding Balance due upon arrival (70-80%) has to be paid in cash and handed over to the key-holder at the time you meet each other at the apartment.
What about the Refundable Security deposit?
The refundable security deposit will be kept during your stay. At the day of your departure from Barcelona, Curaçao, Andorra, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro or Rotterdam you will be checking the apartment with the contact person / key-holder. If the apartment is reasonable clean, tidy and no damage has been caused to the apartment, the deposit will be returned to you.

What happens in case I have a delay with the check-out?
In case you encounter your return flight to be delayed or have any other reason you want to stay longer in the apartment, when informing us before hand this should normally not be any problem. However if this is not possible due to e.g. cleaning that must be done or other guests arriving, we have to ask you to leave at 11 a.m. maximum. In order to be able to meet our check-in / check-out schedule we are forced to charge you if you significantly delay the check-out of the apartment.

What is the cancellation policy of enjoy-apartments.com?
Depending on the time between your visit and the cancellation we expect you to pay a certain amount of the booking fee.
- One month (30 days) before arriving at the apartment 100% of the reservation down-payment.
- Two months (30-59 days) before arriving at the apartment 50% of the reservation down-payment.
- More than two months (60-or more day)s before arriving at the apartment 25% of the reservation down-payment.
We recommend clients to make a travel insurance which covers their travel.
What happens in the case of an overbooking?
Unfortunately sometimes overbooking of our apartments occurs. We will in such cases suggest you a similar apartment. In case that you do not agree with the proposed apartment, we will reinburse the full amount of your reservation down payment.
Where to turn to when I experience problems during my stay?
In case a problem occurs during your stay please contact your key-holder. This is either the owner himself, a representative of the owner, or an enjoy-apartments.com team member. If in case of emergency you are unable to reach your contact person you can contact with the EU International Emergency telephone number: 112
Where can I send my apartment review, comments, questions and/ or recommendations?

Do I have to pay for my children?
Children from the age of 3 will be charged as adults. Below that age your children can come with you for free!
Are baby cots available in the apartments?
Usually not but if you indicate it at the moment you make a reservation, we will be happy to provide you with one at one-time cost of 25€.
Are pets allowed?
In general, none of our apartments allow bringing pets. Might you want to bring a pet, please ask us always before hand as there are some owners that do allow it.
Can you send me a catalogue?
As we work exclusively via the internet we don't have a printed catalogue. There are of course easy solutions in order to cover this need:
- Wherever you are, you can go online to www.enjoy-apartments.com and look at our apartments for rent in Barcelona, Curaçao, Andorra, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro or Rotterdam. The apartments are shown with much more detail and with many more photos than normally found in a printed catalogue.
- Give your friends/family our Internet address, www.enjoy-apartments.com and in just a few minutes they can connect to our website and see all our available apartment rentals without having to wait for a catalogue.
- You also have the possibility to send our offers to your friends/family by email, using our "Send to a friend" option.
- If one of your friends/family does not have internet access you can print off the pages of your preferred accommodation and give it to him/her. In contrast to printed catalogues, our site is constantly updated. We work on it every day to give you the most up to date information on availability and prices.
