25 square meters room with OWN TERRACE Room located in a flat isituated on the top part of El Borne, which is part of the area Ciutat Vella, the authentic part of Barcelona. El Borne is known for its buzzling, hip and at the same time “real” Barcelona atmosphere.
El Borne is home to the Spanish but also to the international crowd and you will find traditional as well as unique and hip clothing shops around here. Supermarkets, trendy bars and clubs are located within walking distance.
Beautiful and impressive Arc de Triomf is just in front. The famous Parc de la Ciutadella, hotspot and meeting point of Barcelona and the zoo of Barcelonaare just a short walk away. About 10-15 minutes walk away you will find the Plaza Catalonia with the Ramblas.
You will be sharing the living room, bathroom and kitchen with the other inhabitants. You have your own room in this Barcelona flat. Bedsheets are available, no towels.
