Cleaning

For booking periods that extend 10 nights there are mandatory cleaning sessions every other week. The fee for these cleaning sessions is € 35 for each session.

E.g. If you book 11 nights there is one cleaning session within your booking period. If you book more than 25 nights there will be two cleaning sessions, +36 nights is 3 cleaning sessions, +50 nights is 4 sessions, etc.

Surcharge for Early / Late Check-ins and Check-outs
The check -in time is 15:00 o’clock, check- out time is 11:00 o’clock. An early/late check-in or check-out has to be requested beforehand and is only possible in consultation with the keyholder/landlord.

Additional charges for check-in after 21:00 o’clock: €30 and after 24:00 o’clock:€50.

Additional charges for check-out before 9:00 o’clock: €30 and before 7:00 o’clock: €50.

Maximum guests
In case that the keyholder counts more persons present at the apartment and/or more beds used than initially booked the owner reserves the right to keep the security fee as a fine.

- This apartment is not suitable for the elderly as there is no lift.

- The apartment has a wireless internet connection.
- Parking can be done in front and around the corner. We can assist you to obtain a parking-card. You must specify this in the booking. Ask for prices.
