Cleaning
For booking periods that extend 10 nights there are mandatory cleaning sessions every other week. The fee for these cleaning sessions is € 35 for each session.
E.g. If you book 11 nights there is one cleaning session within your booking period. If you book more than 25 nights there will be two cleaning sessions, +36 nights is 3 cleaning sessions, +50 nights is 4 sessions, etc.
Surcharge for Early / Late Check-ins and Check-outs
The check -in time is 15:00 o’clock, check- out time is 11:00 o’clock. An early/late check-in or check-out has to be requested beforehand and is only possible in consultation with the keyholder/landlord.
Additional charges for check-in after 21:00 o’clock: €30 and after 24:00 o’clock: €50.
Additional charges for check-out before 9:00 o’clock: €30 and before 7:00 o’clock: €50.
Maximum guests allowed
In case that the keyholder counts more persons present at the apartment cq more beds used than initially booked the owner reserves the right to keep the security fee as a fine.
Other
- The apartment has cable Internet connection.
- Parking can be done in front and around the corner. We can assist you to obtain a parking-card. You must specify this in the booking. Ask for prices.
- Owner requires a copy of your ID/passport after making the booking.
- The owner of this apartment requires you sign specific Terms and Conditions. By booking this apartment you accept these Terms and Conditions. In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to consult us before you make the booking.
