Cleaning

For booking periods that extend 10 nights there are mandatory cleaning sessions every other week. The fee for these cleaning sessions is € 35 for each session.

E.g. If you book 11 nights there is one cleaning session within your booking period. If you book more than 25 nights there will be two cleaning sessions, +36 nights is 3 cleaning sessions, +50 nights is 4 sessions, etc.

Extra charge for early check-out / late check-in

The check -in time is 15:00 o’clock, check- out time is 11:00 o’clock. An early/late check-in or check-out has to be requested beforehand and is only possible in consultation with the keyholder/landlord.

Additional charges for check-in after 21:00 o’clock: €30 and after 24:00 o’clock: €50.

Additional charges for check-out before 9:00 o’clock: €30 and before 7:00 o’clock: €50.

Maximum number of guests
If the Keyholder during the check out notes that more people than the voucher, bookings havestayed in the apartment, the owner reserves the right to use the deposit as a penalty due.
